As hair is often precious to you we recommend sending it via recorded delivery. Please ensure that you have sufficient postage, if your envelope is under stamped this will delay your order and any extra postage fees applied will be charged back to you before we can dispatch your order. Please do not send us wet or soiled hair as it can start to rot in the post which may in turn make the hair unusable.
Your items will be shipped fully tracked and insured. This is charged at £7 for the UK. Full payment is required when ordering.
As all items are custom made to order, any cancellations must be made within 48 hours of us receiving payment. If you have already sent your hair when the cancellation is made then your hair will be returned to you at your own cost. No refunds will be given after 48 hours of you placing your order. We offer a 30 day warranty starting from the day that you receive your order. This warranty does not cover damage due to third party alterations, damage due to accidents or failure to follow our care instructions. Under this warranty any defective items can be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please check your order carefully upon receipt of delivery and contact us immediately if there is a problem. In the unlikely event that you require a repair after the 30 day warranty please contact us to discuss the matter. We make our bracelets to the measurements that you provide, it is your responsibility to ensure that these measurements are correct. Any engraving work undertaken is done so using the text provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that your text is spelt correctly using upper and lower case letters where required. All of our completed items are photographed for our social media pages to showcase our work. These photographs will not be shared until after you have received your order but they will remain ours to use as and when we wish to use them.
