Before placing your order, please bear in mind how much hair you have as this may affect your choice. If your horse or pet has passed on and your hair is irreplaceable please don’t send us all of the hair you have as although its rare it is possible for it to get lost in transit. For this reason we recommend using recorded delivery when sending us your hair.
All of our keepsakes are handmade to order and we work on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Orders usually take 2-4 weeks from receipt of your hair. This time period can vary depending on the time of year but we will keep you updated on your order.

For bracelets
For design SB1
Amount of hair required: A pens width at least 20cm in length.
For all other bracelet designs
Amount of hair required: A pens width and at least 30cm in length. If you cut close to the dock this is usually long enough.

- Choose your clasp
- Optional: Choose any accessories (charms or beads) If ordering an engraved charm please ensure that your engraving text is spelt correctly, using upper & lower case letters as you require.
- Measure your wrist. The best way to do this would be to use a soft measuring tape, place the tape around your wrist & measure in cm’s the length that you would like your bracelet to be. Please note that once the horsehair is glued into the ends of the bracelet it is not usually possible to alter the length (we can lengthen using an extension chain at an additional cost), so please ensure you give the correct measurements.
For necklaces
Amount of hair required: A pens width at least 20cm in length.
